Dear Lubov,

as I can see from the pictures, the tool is already connected to the server. If there is no connection, it would show the section "Execution" and "Position" as greyed out.

You should be able to use the tool as usual. If you like to place an order, use the "Execution" area.

If I could not answer your question, please concrete your problem and let me know.

Hi,

Section "Position" remains greyed out after when I click in section "Execution" for Buy. In this case, my order was not placed in the trading terminal. What to do to get a connection for placing an order

Dear Alex,

could you check the minimum size of the order in the "Execution" section? In your example, the tool calculated 0.08 lots. If the minimum size of the order is lower than 0.08, no order will be generated.

Hi Alex,

could you try to set the values in the "Execution" section as following:
Max Orders -> 15
Min Lots -> 0.01
Max Lots -> 1

and try again?

The "Exection" sections breaks down the overall size into sets of target orders. If these settings do not allow to create an order (e.g. the min lot size is too low ot the max orders are already taken), there will be no order created.

I detected another problem:

you entered "0.1" lots into the field, but it looks as if you computer locale uses "," as seperator.
Check the other numbers in the other input fields.

So, please try: "0,1" lots instead and try again.
