cTrader MA Crossover not sending Telegram alerts

greetings im having problems with my MA Crossover cbot,

1-the broker im using is ICMARKETS
2-the cbot settings is:
for USDJPY

i got it running on two pairs: ETHUSD and USDJPY
at first, the first crossover on both pairs sent telegram notifications (one for ETHUSD and another for USDJPY) but after that, i saw more crossover but it stopped sending notifications.

Hi, thank you for reporting this, in order to investigate I will need a clear chart shot like the one below showing the date and time when a trade alert should have occurred.

I have edited your post to include only a single example for USDJPY.

You will also need to change the line colour to white for the 2 moving average indicators that send the signal.

Please note you are using version 2 of the system which we have recently stopped selling due to its complexity and customers getting confused, I highly recommend that you download version 1 which is much easier to use and has just been updated.

In this first crossover i received a notification

after that crossover, 2 more crossovers came and i didnt receive any

after noticing that i wasnt receiving any notifications I did a test message as you can see on the second image and I received the text on my telegram.

how can i download the version 1.

You can download the latest version from your account downloads, it only uses 2 moving averages and has been voted a better option out of the 2, also the version is 2.1.0

I am running some tests in the meantime on the latest version to make sure alerts are sent on each cross.

I think I may have found a problem, please give me 24-hours to confirm and fix.

Please now download the latest update of the robot, use cTrader automate to run it and in the log tab, you should see version 2.1.1 as shown below.

The system will fire an alert on each and every crossover at the end of the candle close, please note that it waits for an extra candle for confirmation, also, sometimes where the 2 MA's cross a lot you may get many alerts.
