Hi, I can't get your DiNapoli Stochastic to send telegram alerts. It's not my first time setting up Telegram, so I believe I have set it up correctly, also, according to your Message Channel Test bot I have... so I'm wondering if you can investigate, please?

Thanks, I will investigate, I have found a possible issue and now applying a fix, once complete I will publish an update and post on here again. The update should be ready later today.

I had to rebuild the project due to the new update of cTrader 4.2.x, please download the updated file from your ClickAlgo account downloads, you will notice the new file name is now ClickAlgo DiNapoli Curve.algo

The version is 2.1.0; you can find this in the log tab under automate.

Please let me know if it now works for you.

Yes and no with regards to it working... I got over 30 alerts on 1 instance as soon as I turned it on.

39 alerts on the 2nd instance:

I have corrected the problem, you can download the update again from your account downloads, the new version is 2.1.1

I have not updated the version number on the product page, will do it now, but download it anyway, in the log you will see 2.1.1

Can you take a screenshot of the log file to show version number and also share your settings as a text file upload.

It is probably correct as your using a low timeframe with multiple alerts

I don't think its to do with the TF as its sending multiple alerts on 1 hour TF too.

Can you show the log where we see the version number also, this is what I need?

To export your settings from the indicator, go to cTrader automate, create an instance, add your settings, right click your mouse and choose to save settings, this will save a cbotset file, upload this file here.

It may be that the indicator has an issue, I can see the error in the logs

I know how to save and send parameters as a text file - below is from my cBot:

but I don't have that option when I add an instance to an indicator in Automate:

...and right clicking doesn't give me that option.

Where do I find a different log than the one I sent please?
I'm only familiar with this Log tab below:

I am running the indicator now with your settings, your log tab should look like the one below with an entry showing the version, I think there is an issue with the indicator initialising.

These are my settings:

So far there are no alerts, I will get back to you in an hour with an update on the alerts.

Sorry - my Cross-Over Check is enabled and my Cross-Over Distance is set to 2

Not sure that that will make a difference to your test...
