I am now using EURGBP the same as you, your first posts were using a different symbol, its better to stick with one as an example, there are no Telegram alerts as yet, I will leave running for a few hours, and the log will show all historical values, but these are not your signal values, this will show if you have data analysis turned on, you can find information on the product page.

The reason you are not seeing the version number when you start the indicator is that it's crashing loading an assembly, we are working on a fix, but this relates to the licensing and not how the indicator works.

turn off data analysis so you see real signals

Also, delete the old version and install the new version again, the file timestamp should be today.

I have just published an update, you should now see the license window when you attach the indicator, also, in the log tab you should see the version number. The name of the download file will now be back to its original name of ClickAlgo DiNapoli Stochastic

So far with your settings, there have been no Telegram alerts, as I mentioned above I will leave running for a few hours, I have set the Renko charts to 1-pip for a quicker test.

The bug you reported with multiple alerts was fixed in v2.1.1, I managed to duplicate the error, but now it only sends an alert when your settings show a signal.

It's the same version number, I just downloaded it.

So far so good, tested on low TF and only 1 alert so far

I'm still having the same problem, same Error message and hundreds of random alerts:

11/08/2022 22:23:57.729 | Crashed in Initialize with FileNotFoundException: Could not load file or assembly 'Syncfusion.Shared.Base, Version=17.4460.0.46, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=3d67ed1f87d44c89' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

Just to check we are on the same page:

The issue:
On installation of the indicator - with Telegram enabled, I get a flurry of alerts, with or without a cross-over arrow present.
If I change TFs I get a flurry of alerts, if I switch between Renko, Range, regular candles or instances, I get a flurry of alerts.

I'm running (trying) it with my existing cBot - I have never had an issue before, I downloaded your Guardian Angel trial and received Telegram alerts from that just fine.

Using your Message Channel Test I get 1 message:

I don't know what else to do or check at my end...

Morning, Mark, it looks like another customer as well myself have tested this indicator and it is working fine, you still have not provided the log information showing the version number as I did in my last screenshot, this leaves us only one option and that is you can request a refund, please send an email to sophia@clickalgo.com and she will process it.

The latest version also removes the extra decimal places for the stoch result value.

If its not showing the version number I can only assume its a symptom of the error.

Can you please place the final/up to date indicator in my downloads, one more time, I want to try to reload it again, one more time, as I have followed all of your instructions with the version (2.1.1) that is already there and had no luck.

Hi, Mark, You are still using the old version, contact me on Telegram and I will send you the file, your web browser may be caching it.

Delete the existing version.
