cTrader Chaos Visual Reversals Telegram Issue

I am not getting telegram alerts from Chaos indicator since I uploaded the update.
Please note I am using the correct time and I am on ctrader 4.3.9

no desktop alerts and I did not try the email alert. As for the time frame, I used the 1h / 4h / 8h non of them worked

I found the issue, it is happening on the 4.3 version of cTrader only. I will update the libraries asap.

Hi, Riad, my apologies for the delay, I am testing it now and it does not work I will contact the vendor as a matter of urgency, it takes a while to get an alert as I need to wait for the signal,

In the meantime I will assist, can you provide the log information that should show a signal and desktop alert?

Thanks, I have informed the vendor, I just updated to the latest file and have the same error, I am sorry this is taking so long, feel free to request a refund before the vendor has fixed the issue, or you can wait for a fix.
