ok, the issue might now be that you are not getting signals, if you were to get an alert with a popup and not a Telegram alert then there could be an issue and if you could first get a signal with a popup and you do not get a Telegram message then there is an issue.
Maybe we get the vendor to explain what fires a signal in more detail so that we can get one sooner, did you try a 1-min timeframe?
