risk reward tool not displaying on ftmo ctrader

hi all, since yesterday my risk reward tool has stopped working properly, it loads the play button but once clicked nothing displays on any charts, i tested it on the original ctrader and it works fine, just not on ftmo ctrader, contacted ftmo, they cannot do anything. i re-installed everything relevant and restarted them, still no luck, really needing this tool to work. please help, thanks in advance. When did you last download the tool, if it was more than a month ago I would download the latest version as many of our products stopped working when cTrader 4.2 was published, we have since updated all of our products to work?

If you have the latest version then can you provide the log information as a text file or screenshot?

Also, what is the version of cTrader FTMO and what version did you test with the original cTrader?

Can you also confirm that you are talking about the following tool?

@"Mike"#p3142 hi Mike, yes the tool was still working and loading on c trader software but stopped working on FTMO Ctrader, but has now stopped working on all platforms now, i have deleted everything and downloaded all latest versions of the softwares and tool click algo risk reward, still when i click to load it i just get no display of the control panel, so confused. please help.

Hi, Gary,

It is working fine with cTrader beta, the same as you are using above, can you also show the Automate tab so I can see what version you are using and the log? Please try on EURUSD.

I would say you have an issue with your installation of the cTrader platform, you need to contact Spotware below.

The automate window should never be blank when you start a cBot.
