Sorry mike that i couldn't respond earlier but it's a weekend.
Anyway - i'm using urs program/bot since 5 years and i haven't had such problems before. Believe that today it cost me a lot. As i said tests were maid on penny account.
I will in go steps so hopefully despite not my very best english you will understand me ;
1) Yesterday for a moment i thought it works all fine
2) During a night an alarm which works for taking a profit - it didn't close the trade, despite log says it hit my target, the bot was freezed. At the moment untill you open new trade it's fcking freezed. It never happened before.
3) Then in the morning i worte that sth is fcked up
4) then i opened a profitable trade, which a bot should close, but profit % alarm didn't close it
5) then i went negative, and then the alarm closed negative trade ( margin < 66%)
6) i'v opened new trade when it went profitable, but bot again didn't close it at +21% ( i did it manually)
I wanted to send logs to you, but unfortunately i had to restart everything and everything dissapeared. I'll make reports more in next week, but what i can say, since last 5 years ur alarm worked w/o any problems...
I just can't believe that i'm only person affected - i was using that alarm for many years and i never had such problems.
Idk if it helps you, but profit alarm stopped to work, but marigin alarm somehow was working as it supposed to do.
I promise that next week I'll send you more data but i can do it only during evenings when i can get to my laptop.
The best / worst parit is, that i think if i didn't update ctrader on VPS it should still work good...
Idk... if you remember, but i'm a guy who told you that this program should work as a guardian angel, and indeed for few years it worked like that and that's why im thankful.
