Neptune AUDUSD cbot error on start

i am getting a error, when starting the licensed bot. Please see the attached screenshot. Any idea what´s going wrong?

Hi, Alex, when did you download the cBot and what version of cTrader are you using?

In your cBot log of Automate you should see version 2.5.0

i am using version 2.5 of the bot from the 16.02.22 and ctrader version 4.2.22.8460

I use these cBots and they work fine on cTrader 4.2.22, please see below, one thing you are not doing is showing the full cBot log, can you do this the same as I have?

We can close it, made a configuration error by myself and hadn´t seen it. Sorry for your time.

You are using the news event manager, can you also provide the cBot log for this product?

Hi Mike, actually I did not purchase nor run the cbot for forex news manager. The only thing that I did was ticked yes on both news manager setting for this neptune forex pair. Do I need to tick no in this case?

Can you try and turn this feature off and tell me if the error goes away?

Hi, everyone,

I managed to find out that the error is caused when the news manager feature is turned on in the cBot, but not configured in the news event manager cBot, you can either setup and start the news manager cBot or turn the news feature off in the Neptune cBot.
