Running Neptune on Windows Server 2019

Hi,

I am porting my live instance of neptune to interserver VPS. When I install the latest neptune cBots and start it after doing the license registration for that machine the cBot starts for 1 minute but then stops with this error in the log - 'Crashed in BeginInvoke with NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.'
'CBot instance [ClickAlgo Neptune AUDUSD, AUDUSD, h1] crashed with error "Crashed in BeginInvoke with NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object."'
This is the first time I have installed neptune on Windows Server VPS.
Can you please let me know how I can fix it and have the latest neptune running on my VPS.

This bug was reported below, it relates to using the news manager feature when the news release manager cBot has not been used, you can fix this by either using the news release manager cBot or turning the feature off.
